A series of 4 classes

I’m starting a group to explore working with plants as a tool for the  emergence into our wise women years. So often pathologized, ignored, or experienced in isolation. This group will focus on building relationships and supporting reconnection to this time that was always celebrated and revered by our ancestors. We will use plant medicines (primarily flower essences), somatic practices, and dreamwork. We will slow down to listen to our bodies and support one another in community.

4 Sunday classes from 9:30am-12pm:
